How long will my items take to deliver?
Up to 4 working days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
How will my items be delivered?
We use a range of delivery services, depending on the product.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
It depends. Our products come from a variety of suppliers, so items can arrive at different times.
What if I change my mind about the product after I have ordered?
You may cancel your order at any point after you place your order until the end of 30 days from the day you receive the goods.
You must make us aware of your wish to cancel in writing via e-mail.
We will refund sums paid by you for the goods within 30 days, less the cost incurred by us for collection.
What if the Item is Damaged When it Arrives or I am Sent the Wrong Item?
The goods should be fully rolled out and inspected before use. Damaged / faulty or incorrect goods must be reported to us immediately. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the goods.
Do not use or fit the goods in anyway as you will be liable for the costs and if faulty you will be liable for keeping the faulty goods.
If you are arranging an independent fitter or as the fitting company you are ordering goods to install, we suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after
receiving the delivery. This will enable you to check the goods and resolve any technical issues.

What if my turf is creased?
Due to the molecular structure of the fabric it does crease when rolled. Creases will fall out within three months of the installation or supply. The grass is not classed as faulty if delivered or installed with creases.
Can I Change My Existing Order?
Once you’ve placed an order we’re not usually able to make any changes. Please contact us if you’d like to ask us about this.
